REMEDIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO EACH OF THE SEVERAL STATES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>, the President has demonstrated his failure to faithfully execute the current immigration laws, specifically, 8 USC \u00a7 1227 and INA \u00a7 237,<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>, the President and the Executive Branch of the Federal government have failed to enforce the aforementioned immigration laws,<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>, State Law Enforcement Officers must take an Oath or Affirmation to faithfully execute the Constitution and applicable laws enacted thereto,<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEREAS<\/strong>, that in <em>United States v. Santana-Garcia<\/em>, 264 F. 3d 1188, 1194 (citing <em>United States v.
