CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1.\u00a0\u00a0 Our <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Constitution for the United States<\/span> is \u201cthe Supreme Law of the Land\u201d and has supremacy over decisions of legislature &#8211; (Art. 6, Clause 1-3)<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">There can be no rule making or legislation which will abrogate the Rights secured by our Constitution. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Miranda v. Arizona<\/span>, 384 U.S. 436, 491 (1966)<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNo right granted or secured by the Constitution of the United States can be impaired or destroyed by a state enactment, whatever may be the source from which the power to pass such enactment may have been derived\u2026The nullity of any act inconsistent with the Constitution is produced by the declaration that the Constitution is the supreme law.<\/em>\u201d <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Connolly vs. Union Sewer Pipe Company<\/span>, 184 U.S. 540, 558 (1902)<br \/>\n<!--more--> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\"><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Our People of the United States are guaranteed the unalienable Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>\u201cThe three great rights are bound together as to be essentially one right. To give a man his life, but deny him his liberty, is to take from him all that makes his life worth living.
