REMEDIAL INSTRUCTION #1 TO CONGRESS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">Because the federal judiciary dismisses for \u201clack of standing\u201d or \u201clack of jurisdiction\u201d those Petitions by citizens who seek to remedy violations of the Constitution by public officials, the Congress of the United States shall adopt legislation to amend the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure:<\/p>\n<p>1. affirming the jurisdiction of all federal courts to hear challenges to the Constitutionality of any action by any state or federal public official, elected or appointed, or agency or department; and<\/p>\n<p>2. to prohibit any and all federal courts from denying standing to any individual to challenge the Constitutionality of any action by any state or federal public officials, elected or appointed; and<br \/>  <!--more-->  <br \/>3. to assure that any state or federal judge who violates the Rule related to paragraph \u201c1\u201d or \u201c2\u201d above shall be deemed to have violated his or her Oath of Office and shall be removed from office in accordance with existing Rules and disqualified from holding public office thereafter, and<\/p>\n<p>4. defining the meaning of the word \u201cproper,\u201d within the context of the first paragraph above,\u00a0 as follows:<\/p>\n<p>The term \u201cPetition\u201d is not defined in the Constitution.\u00a0 To be sure, a communication, to be protected as a Petition to the Government for Redress of Grievances would have to embody certain components to ensure that the document was a Petition and not a \u201cpretended petition.\u201d\u00a0 Not all communications, nor just any document, can be regarded as a Constitutionally-protected Petition for Redress of Grievances.\u00a0 Petitions for Redress that qualify for protection by the First Amendment include Petitions to remedy violations of the Constitution, which:<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">are serious and documented, not frivolous;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">contain no falsehoods;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">are not absent probable cause;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">have the quality of a dispute;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">come from a person outside of the formal political culture;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">contain both a \u201cdirection\u201d and a \u201cdemand\u201d for relief;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">have been punctilious (meaning, it follows formatting conventions);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">address public, collective grievances;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">involve Constitutional Principles;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">have been signed only or primarily by citizens;\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">have been dignified (meaning authenticated);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">have widespread participation and consequences;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">are instruments of deliberation not agitation;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">prove new information;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">do not advocate violence or crime.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book antiqua,palatino;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: book
