Delegate Nominee Vetting Questionaire

This series of questions below was developed by the Colorado Team Members. It is shared here for any state to use for their own vetting and/or public awareness about your states’ delegate nominees.  Any of these questions would supplement all the profile data available at each states’ own page.

Part One

These Questions will be used in Determining your Eligibility (Vetting)

Personal data:  Name, birth date, physical address, mailing address, phone number

How long have you been a citizen of Colorado?

What is your professional/career experience?

Please list any community work, positions held, memberships, board positions, and/or committees you have participated in:

Have you ever held public office? It so, explain:

Have you written or published any articles on the topics of liberty, sovereignty, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution or other relevant issues? Explain:

CC2009 will be convened for not less than 2 weeks.  Are you committed to being available and present for the entire duration?

Do you have any criminal record, lawsuits or other issues that will make you an easy target for those wanting to attack the validity and/or integrity of the Continental Congress? If so, explain:

Have you read and signed the Petitions for redress of grievances?

What is the extent of your study of the founding documents?

 These are Positional Statements we plan to Post on the Web Site for You. Answers to These Questions are Optional, and Have no Bearing Whatsoever on Your Status.
